When trading, there isn’ t always Nitroglycerin dosage a clear trend. While there What is kamagra are a Doxycycline hyclate 100mg lot of Lisinopril rash different ways in which you can determine the trend, once you recognize that the markets are consolidating, you need to be aware of how to exit any trades involved. The estimates are that markets typically consolidate about 80% of the time. Because of this, you absolutely, positively have to be able to operate in this environment.
The range bound market is a different animal than the trending one as we have a clear and concise set of levels to work with. In a lot of ways, range bound trading is a lot easier than many other types of markets. The consolidation range is normally easily identified, but there will still be an overall trend that was going on before you found the consolidation area. Normally, these areas are simply the markets taking a rest before the next move in the overall trend. Because of this, I will often give a trade within the consolidation area that goes with the overall trend a little more room. (The trend is good to those who follow it after all!)
But there are reasonable counter trend trades to be had in these environments as well. I will sometimes take them, but as you will see in the video, there is what I call a "mid-line" that gives me a place to put my stops. I would also mention that the trades that area counter trend within a consolidation area are often half the size of the trending ones. This is because of the fact that these areas normally are only pauses in the trend, not changes. I know that sooner or later the trend will more than likely continue, and as such – I don’t want to be caught on the wrong side of the trade when it happens with a full sized position. Of course, if you simply just went with the previous trend….there is no shame in that at all.
